Refund policy

Return Window. Returns within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility. Unused, unwashed, tags intact, in original packaging. Blouse piece uncut.
Not eligible. Custom fall/pico, stitched/altered items, gift cards, final sale.
Return Process. Email/WhatsApp {contact} with order no. & photos; we’ll arrange pickup or share return address.
Return Refunds. Prepaid → original payment; COD → bank transfer; allow 5–7 business days after QC.
Defects/DOA. Report within 48 hours with photos; we’ll replace/refund.
Exchanges. Subject to stock; otherwise issue store credit.
